CHOcoCAT™-plus
The CHOcoCAT-plus Kit comprises of 2x2 QconCAT polypeptides covering 29 proteins with 86 peptides and was designed for detection of common and critical CHO-derived host cell proteins using LC-MS/MS.
The reference standards are either 15N labeled for targeted protein detection and quantification or unlabeled for internal calibration purposes.

The Kit contains 2 heavy isotope labelled QconCAT proteins for 50 applications. The QconCAT proteins are provided as mix and can be combined with other reference standards.
